We discussed Troy's character with a chart and we continued to read the story fences.

The veterans past experience might affect their present life by making them slightly paranoid or over protective of their family members. They could have ptsd or developed schizophrenia, sudden loud noises such as fireworks can trigger their past trauma from war.
